We reluctantly give notice of price increases across certain products, as a result of the continued inflationary pressures that are impacting our supply costs.

We have absorbed as much of our supplier increases as possible, however, we find ourselves needing to apply price increases on the following products and services.

All calls that are routed over Fixed Line telephony will see an increase of 15%. The new rate card will be implemented in the May bill run and applied to all calls after the 1st April 2024. The NGCS Access charge will increase by 0.80p per minute.

There will be an 6-12% increase for existing Broadband connections

We do fully understand that any price increase is never welcome, especially in the current climate and please be assured, we have no option but to pass these on.
